Names Kim Paymaster as Executive Director
Wilmington, DE (October 2015) – Rodney Street Tennis & Tutoring Association (RSTTA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Paymaster as its Executive Director. Paymaster will be responsible for the overall management and execution of RSTTA’s mission, including program management, personnel and development.
Earlier in her career, Kim served as the Grants Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at the United Nations Foundation, where she managed grants and contracts to fund international programs for women, children and youth. She also worked to support educational programs for children and youth while working at the Art Institute of Chicago and the Chicago Public Schools. Kim earned her Bachelors degree in Economics from Northwestern University and her Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.

For over 35 years, RSTTA has provided innovative tennis and educational enrichment programs for at-risk youth in Wilmington. RSTTA is part of the nationwide networks of National Junior Tennis and Learning chapters affiliated with the USTA Foundation and the Community Tennis Associations affiliated with the USTA. RSTTA’s programs are designed to combat pressing community concerns: truancy; poor academic achievement; and unhealthy lifestyles. The RSTTA curriculum supports the personal development of the whole child as well as the communal development of the neighborhoods in which these children live and play.
