Matt joins the RodneyStreet team with over 25 years of combined experience in community programs and athletics. Most recently, he was the Director of Youth Services at Hilltop Lutheran Neighborhood Center where he managed key community partnerships, oversaw the summer program implementation, and supervised overall school-age programming. Matt also founded and currently manages the Delaware Sharks Basketball Program. A believer in strong neighborhood programming, Matt is looking forward to using RodneyStreet’s unique niche of tennis to bring our youth and overall Wilmington community the best possible program experience.
