🎾 What a Summer!
With the confusing and shaky end to the school year, we weren't exactly sure how our summer would look eight weeks ago. We are pleased to report that through our wonderful partners, Siegel JCC and Wilmington Parks and Recreation, we were able to deliver a safe, socially distant, and most importantly, FUN summer to over 70 Wilmington-area kids.
On Friday, July 31st, four RodneyStreet kids played in the Bob Bratcher Memorial Tournament at DuPont Country Club. One of our goals this year is to participate in more USTA Tournaments and this was a great start! Keep on the lookout for more from Team RodneyStreet!
Our programming looked at little different with two tennis sites, masks, and virtual enrichment, but it has been nothing short of rewarding. Our enthusiastic families and dedicated staff made all the difference, and we thank everyone that had a hand in making this unique summer so successful!

🎉 In Case You Missed It
Like so many other events and gatherings in 2020, RodneyStreet's Annual Benefit was put on hold this year. With phased reopening underway, we partnered with CSC and UTR in a tournament benefitting RodneyStreet at DuPont Country Club. In addition, we also hosted our very first Virtual Event, which included a mix live footage from DuPont Country Club and video content. Thank you to friends and family that tuned into our virtual broadcast.
Didn't get a chance to tune in live? No sweat! The evening was a great success, and we've linked the whole thing for your viewing below! More evening highlights linked HERE
