Matthew Johnson
Executive Director

Matt has over 25 years of combined experience in community programs and athletics. Before joining RodneyStreet he was the Director of Youth Services at Hilltop Lutheran Neighborhood Center where he managed key community partnerships, oversaw the summer program implementation, and supervised overall school-age programming. A believer in strong neighborhood programming, Matt thinks that our unique niche of tennis has the power to bring our youth and overall Wilmington community the best possible program experience.

Caroline Satalof
Communications Manager
As a lifelong student of Quaker school, Caroline has always understood the importance and of giving back to the community. After graduating from Friends' Central School in 2011, she went on to achieve her Bachelor's in Science of Business Administration from Elon University in 2015. She then completed her Master's in Management from Elon in 2016, with a concentration in Corporate Communications.

After spending a professional year working in corporate advertising in North Carolina, Caroline relocated back to her hometown of Philadelphia and pursued her passions for non-profit and athletics with RodneyStreet. After growing up on the softball field, she also coaches the varsity softball team at her alma mater, Friends' Central School. Caroline now resides in Center City, Philadelphia, and can be found playing rec-league softball on community playgrounds, or enthusiastically supporting any of the major Philly sports teams.

Indiana Hill
Director of Education
Indiana moved to the green state of Delaware from her mountainous home-state of Utah in 2015. She attended Delaware College of Art and Design after 7 months of art training in Nuremberg Germany and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. While a student, Indiana interned for RodneyStreet where she taught art lessons to students in the after school program. After graduating with her Associates Degree in Fine Art from DCAD, and working in the RodneyStreet Education department for two years, Indiana was hired as the Director of Education just weeks before marrying a South Jersey boy and permanently relocating to his home state. Fondly known to her students as "Mrs. Indie", Indiana also works part time as an art teacher in Salem County.
